Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 5-day exchange policy within Pakistan and a 10-day exchange policy for international orders, starting from the date the order is delivered.

  • Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.

  • Custom-stitched, made-to-measure, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered on any purchases.

  • In cases where an exchange is approved but the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued, valid for future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after this period will not be entertained.

  • Clear images or videos of the issue may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Accessories

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless the item is faulty.

Important Notes

  • Color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution and are not considered defects.

  • Handcrafted details may show slight variations, which are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship.
